Welcome to my Summer newsletter – bringing you my very best wishes for this busy and festive season.
Now we are rushing towards Christmas, it’s a good time to think of the most im portant person in our lives – ourselves! Try and make a few moments for yourself each day. It can be as simple as taking some deep, cleansing breaths, sitting in the garden, reading a good book or taking a walk around the neighbourhood.

With summer upon us it’s vital we protect our skin from sun damage so I am delighted to offer the Coola Organic Suncare Collection – the company walks the talk and besides using solar power to create its products, also has a farm-to-face policy of sourcing plant ingredients local to their base in San Diego, California.
After every facial over the summer I will be offering to apply a product from the collection, which includes a tinted sunblock, before clients walk outside again.
Summer means needing to have our feet in tip-top condition as we enjoy the season’s sandals.
